Sean Hensen
VP of Growth

Sean is responsible for expanding client growth, building a great team, and evangelizing Invictus products and solutions in the marketplace.

Through his leadership skills, Sean institutes sales and revenue generation processes that enable predictable, repeatable, and scalable market expansion going forward, including business development, partner programs, and pricing across all platforms.

Sean Papso
VP of BD and Operations

Sean is responsible for all facets of the Business Development lifecycle, including long-range strategic planning, market strategies, and identification and capture of key competitive opportunities, fostering partnerships with customers in support of mission goals. Through his leadership, Sean has normalized the diversified portfolio of Invictus experience into succinct business offerings, maturing Invictus’ go-to-market strategy and contributing significantly to company growth realized from 2018 forward.

Jeff Schwartz
VP of Defense Intelligence

Jeff is responsible for leading Defense Intelligence programs across a broad spectrum to include enterprise information technology, cyber security, training, and operational mission support for a number of defense intelligence clients.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration in Strategy, Marketing, and Decision Science from Northwestern University – Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Sage Cesspooch
Director of Cyber Ops & Applied Research

Sage is an experienced HUMINT analyst and program manager.  He is a former Marine Intelligence Officer and has a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Utah.

 

Erin Clemens
VP for Enterprise Modernization

Erin has over twenty years of experience in both the public and private sector to include extensive experience with customers within the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security.

Erin’s background in management consulting includes project management, governance, strategic planning, transformation & change management, business process re-engineering, facilitation, knowledge management, and communications.

Ric Humphries
VP of Human Resources

Ric is a trusted HR business partner with over 14 years of progressive experience delivering, managing, and advising on all aspects of Human Resources in support of strategic business and operational goals. Ric has expertise in a broad range of HR disciplines, applicable to both CONUS and OCONUS operations.

James Kelly
Executive Director of Operations

James has a background in strategic planning and program management for the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) where he provided solutions to information technology and security clients. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Colgate University and a Master’s in Sports Business Management.

Scott King
Chief Security Officer

Scott has direct oversight of all facets of security, business continuity, and facilities operations for Invictus.

He has over three decades of experience leading commercial, collateral, and special security programs. Scott’s experience also includes leadership in the areas of emergency planning, crisis management, and safety.
