Sean Papso is President and Chief Growth Officer of Invictus, a Red River Company. In this role, he leads Invictus with responsibility for strategic growth, customer alignment, program and mission performance, and long-term business success across the company’s government services portfolio.
Sean brings executive leadership experience at the intersection of national security services, cyber, and space. He joined Invictus in 2018 and advanced through business development, corporate strategy, and chief operating roles before his promotion to President. Earlier, he held business development and strategy roles at Leidos, Lockheed Martin, and CSC, and he served as an active-duty aviation officer in the U.S. Navy. Across seven years at Invictus, Sean helped grow annual revenue from $50 million to more than $250 million.
Sean holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from Drexel University, and he is an alumnus of the Advanced Finance Program (AFP) at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Professional Contract Manager and a Project Management Professional, and he serves on multiple boards and councils focused on national security, space, and federal technology.
