Sean Papso is the Chief Operating Officer at Invictus, where he leads strategic growth and operational execution across the defense and intelligence sectors. He oversees daily operations, corporate planning, and program delivery, helping position Invictus as a trusted partner to national security customers. Since joining the company, Sean has driven rapid growth, expanding annual revenue fivefold and guiding Invictus to recognition with the Department of Defense’s 2022 Nunn-Perry Award. Sean holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from Drexel University, and he is currently completing the Advanced Finance Program at The Wharton School. He is a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and an active member of leading defense and industry associations.
