Sean Papso
President and Chief Growth Officer

Sean Papso is President and Chief Growth Officer of Invictus, a Red River Company, where he leads the business with responsibility for growth, customer alignment, program performance, and long-term success across defense and intelligence missions. Sean brings executive leadership experience across national security services, cyber, and space, including building Invictus into a multibillion-dollar prime contractor and guiding the company to the Department of Defense’s 2022 Nunn-Perry Award.

Grant Schneider
Chief Operating and Programs Officer

Grant Schneider is Chief Operating and Programs Officer of Invictus, a Red River Company, where he leads operations, program delivery, business performance and operating discipline while helping scale the combined capabilities of Invictus and Red River. Grant brings executive leadership experience across national security, cybersecurity, enterprise resilience and federal technology, including prior service as Federal Chief Information Security Officer, CIO at the Defense Intelligence Agency and CEO of a national security services company.

April Jackson
Chief Administrative Officer

April Jackson is a solution based, results-oriented professional with a thorough knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. With over twenty years of progressively responsible work experience, April is a subject matter expert in the field of government contracting.

  • Jeff Schwartz
    Executive VP for Operations

    Jeff is responsible for leading Defense Intelligence programs across a broad spectrum to include enterprise information technology, cyber security, training, and operational mission support for a number of defense intelligence clients.

    Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration in Strategy, Marketing, and Decision Science from Northwestern University – Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

    Executive VP for Workforce

    Ric is a trusted HR business partner with over 15 years of progressive experience delivering, managing, and advising on all aspects of Human Resources in support of strategic business and operational goals. Ric has experience ranging from new business start-ups to being an HR executive at multi-billion-dollar companies.

    Ric has expertise in a broad range of HR disciplines, applicable to both CONUS and OCONUS operations.

    Vice President for Enterprise Modernization

    Chris is a retired U. S. Navy “Mustang” Officer with over 30 years of experience in national security and information technology programs. His background in program management includes leadership and management in operations, planning, maintenance, budget management, intelligence analysis, education and training. Chris is responsible for leading our Enterprise Modernization programs to include enterprise information technology, cyber security, and operational mission support.

  • Haleh Kraft
    Vice President for Finance

    Haleh is a seasoned finance professional with 20 years of progressive experience in management of a diverse portfolio of programs with P&L responsibility (government contracting and commercial). Haleh is responsible for the establishment of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, FP&A, Monthly Operations Reviews (MOR); analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Haleh has a BA in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA from Marymount University.

    Vice President of Accounting

    David is a strategic finance and accounting executive with 20+ years of experience leading accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance initiatives for Fortune 500 and high-growth organizations. He has proven success in optimizing close cycles, implementing ERP systems, and driving automation across global teams. David has expertise in US GAAP, SOX compliance, and audit readiness for both public and private entities and is adept at building high-performing teams.

    Vice President for Cyber

    Sage provides over 25 years of experience in Special Operations, Counterterrorism, Human Intelligence, and offensive cyber operations.  He is a former Marine Intelligence Officer and has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Utah.

    Sage leads Invictus’ Cyber Line of Business which includes all of our applied cyber engineering, vulnerability research, and full-spectrum cyber operations support programs.

    VP, Program Managment Office

    Erin has over twenty years of experience in both the public and private sector to include extensive experience with customers within the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security.

    Erin’s background in management consulting includes project management, governance, strategic planning, transformation & change management, business process re-engineering, facilitation, knowledge management, and communications.

  • Luke Frank
    Executive Director, Cyber Engineering

    Luke brings more than 25 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community, with a career that began in Special Operations with the U.S. Army Reserve and continued through assignments at the Joint Transformation Command for Intelligence and the National Ground Intelligence Center.

    Luke holds a Master’s in Technology Management with a concentration in Systems Engineering and an MBA from the University of Maryland University College.

    VP of Government Technology Systems

    RJ Welsh brings extensive experience in program execution, strategic growth, and the delivery of complex technology solutions aligned with critical mission requirements.

    RJ holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, an MS in IT and Telecom Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a BA in Computer Science from Saint John’s University in Minnesota.
