Nick Andersen is a national security executive with experience growing companies and leading cybersecurity missions throughout government. He is a former Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Energy responsible for nationwide cybersecurity, energy security, and emergency response for the energy sector. He has served in a variety of roles such as the Chief Information Officer for Naval Intelligence and Coast Guard Intelligence, Chief Information Security Officer for the State of Vermont and a Lumen Public Sector, and the lead for federal-wide cybersecurity efforts for the Federal CIO and the White House. He began his career as a United States Marine and is currently a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council.
