Jamie Navarro is a former U.S. Air Force Officer with over 10 years of military service and more than 20 years of defense industry experience. Jamie is one of the Invictus founding partners and led company operations for more than 7 years before becoming the President in November 2021. Since starting Invictus, Jamie has been instrumental in the growth of the company to over 350 employees in more than 13 states and 3 countries. A former targeteer, analyst, military planner and instructor at the NATO School, Jamie has vast experience planning and supporting military operations. He has served in a number of executive and management roles within industry and was CSC’s business lead in Europe for several years. With more than 10 years of experience in the cybersecurity arena, Jamie has led several of Invictus’ commercial cyber assessments, and for several years, led the company’s Agile Cyber Technology contract and also led the State of Vermont’s CyberPatriot Youth Cyber Defense Program.
