Jeff joins Invictus after more than 20 years as a Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton. Jeff was instrumental in growing and leading key business across multiple disciplines including enterprise information technology, cyber security, training, and operational mission support for a number of defense intelligence clients.

Jeff has over twenty five years of experience in public and private sector management consulting. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, strategic communications, talent management, performance management and measurement, business process reengineering, organizational analysis, enterprise and mission information technology, and market research and analysis. A superior communicator and critical thinker with experience interfacing with Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) senior leaders, his expertise includes National and Defense Intelligence Agency systems, protocols, and procedures. Jeff is also a seasoned business development leader and program manager with a proven track record of successful large program captures and seamless execution of contract technical and financial performance, ensuring client satisfaction and contract fulfillment. He also has a history of leveraging the full capabilities of matrixed teams on all consulting aspects ranging from client delivery, risk management, subcontractor management, and financial reporting. Mr. Schwartz holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
