ISO 9001 certification is an internationally recognized standard that ensures the services we provide meet client needs through an effective quality management system.
Invictus has developed and implemented our quality management system in order to improve the overall performance, maintain a high-level of quality and strong customer service, and to provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives. Our decision to work toward ISO 9001 certification demonstrates the commitment to providing high-quality and consistent products and services to our clients.
In 2018, Invictus underwent an evaluation process that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, audit, and initial assessment. In order to become recertified, Invictus has recently undergone an extensive audit by TCB Audit Services, LLC.
The ISO 9001 certification is the assurance that we have robust, clearly defined procedures in place across all our business areas.
