February 18, 2025 – Alexandria, Virginia – With the growth and expansion of the company in 2024, Invictus is pleased to announce several promotions and organizational changes that went into effect in the first quarter of 2025 to better posture Invictus for continued future growth and expansion.
CORPORATE ORGANIZATION
Invictus announces the following corporate organizational structure under four main business operations areas – Administration, Workforce, Operations, and Strategy to better manage growth from 2024. These areas will each be led by an Executive Vice President, except for Administration, which will continue to be led by April Jackson as our Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
Administration – April Jackson – Chief Administrative Officer. Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Subcontracts and IT functions will fall under this area with direct reports split between April and Ryan Corcoran Luhman.
Workforce – Ric Humphries has been promoted to Executive Vice President for Workforce. Human Resources (HR), Recruiting, Facilities and Security will be direct reports to Ric, with Ric continuing to lead HR as well.
Operations – Jeff Schwartz – Executive Vice President for Operations. Our three lines of business areas (which are discussed further below) will be direct reports to Jeff and he will be dual hatted as the Intelligence Line of Business Lead.
Strategy – Sean Papso has been promoted to Executive Vice President for Strategy. Business Development & Capture, Proposals, PMO and IDIQ Management will fall under this area directly reporting to Sean.
LINES OF BUSINESS
Invictus also promoted several executives, streamlining our business operations under three Lines of Business (LOB) – Intelligence, Enterprise Modernization, and Cyber. This structure will ensure strategic growth and operational excellence across the company.
Intelligence – Jeff Schwartz has been promoted to Executive Vice President for Operations, where he will oversee our LOB framework and drive execution across our expanding portfolio. Jeff will also continue to directly manage our Intelligence programs as the LOB lead for Intelligence.
Enterprise Modernization – Chris Harper, has been promoted to Vice President for Enterprise Modernization, and is also dual hatted as Program Manager for our largest program. Chris will lead our Enterprise Modernization LOB, leveraging his expertise to enhance our capabilities in this critical mission area.
Cyber – Sage Cesspooch has been promoted to Vice President and will oversee our Cyber LOB, leading Invictus efforts to enhance our customers’ cyber operations and ensuring our teams remain at the forefront of innovation and mission success.
CORPORATE LEADERSHIP
In addition to these changes, Nick Andersen, who was our Chief Operating Officer (COO) will assume the title of President & COO, while Jamie Navarro will become Managing Partner for Strategic Initiatives, focusing on enabling some of the best practices associated with our growth that require cross-company collaboration.
