March 18, 2024, Alexandria, Virginia – Invictus is pleased to announce Erin Clemens has been promoted to be our Vice President for Enterprise Modernization. Erin has been a Program Manager leading Invictus’ two largest programs since April 2017 to include the Enterprise Senior Information Technology Advisors (ESITA) Information Assurance and Cybersecurity contract. Erin has supervised over 200 cybersecurity and IT experts leading our customer to several groundbreaking initiatives and “firsts” that enhanced and strengthened their cybersecurity posture across an enterprise with over 20,000 users.

Erin has over twenty years of experience in both the public and private sector to include extensive experience with customers within the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security.
Erin has a background in management consulting that includes project management, governance, strategic planning, transformation & change management, business process re-engineering, facilitation, knowledge management, and communications. As a seasoned program manager, Erin has successfully managed critical programs with a proven track record of successful large program management and seamless execution of contract technical and financial performance, ensuring client satisfaction and contract fulfillment.
Erin Clemens holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A.) from James Madison University and a Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University.
