The Army Futures Command (AFC) Synthetic Training Environment (STE) recently recognized the Technology Integration Facility (TIF) team of Jay Thomas, Doug Maxwell and Cher Tam (Circadence) as the STE Team of the Quarter. The team supports multiple senior leader engagements at the three and two-star level.
Jay Thomas was personally recognized for exceptional leadership and executing the STE cross functional team’s (CFT) mission by collaborating with numerous industry partners and creating an exceptional team environment.
