Alexandria, Virginia – May 10th, 2024 – Invictus International Consulting (Invictus), a Virginia-based cyber technology solutions company, is announcing today that it has signed a lease with Flywheel Capital, a Denver-based vertically integrated commercial real estate investments, property management, and asset development firm, for 19,509-square-feet of office space at Building 1 in the Peak Technology Campus near the Colorado Springs Airport. The lease represents the first signing at the forthcoming four-building office development, which is designed to accommodate the area’s expanding technology and defense sectors. Building 1, which broke ground in March 2021 and was completed in May 2022, is the inaugural structure on the campus. Invictus expects to have the space fit out completed and ready for occupancy to commence site operations in October of this year to support local client activities.

Managing Director Andrew Genova with Foundry Commercial served as the broker agent for Invictus while Newmark Managing Director Brian Wagner, and Director Mark O’Donnell, represented the landlord, Flywheel Capital, LLC, in the transaction.
Invictus has obtained the services of Denver based Powers Brown Architecture for design and construction oversight, Littleton based Maxson Engineering for MEP design, and Merchants & Co of Denver has been selected to provide all interior furniture.
