National Security, Defense, and Intelligence Services
We provide subject matter expertise to government clients in the areas of planning, analysis and training enabling operations support, actionable intelligence, course development and instructor led training.
STRATEGIC, OPERATIONAL, AND CRISIS ACTION PLANNING SUPPORT
With a deep bench and military experience, our staff has been involved in the planning of military operations throughout the past 30 years – to include the development and use of decision support technologies. Our experience spans a range of planning and operations support from writing national strategy, operational plans to managing crisis action plans for a component, joint force or multi-national headquarters. Our partners have a wide breadth of interagency experience and have supported or personally briefed cabinet members and agency directors at a number of Departments in the U.S. Government.
Our analysts have experience in all-source analysis and information fusion to include applying big data and link analysis technologies to their craft. Our experience includes leading US based and deployed all-source and specialized areas of analysis supporting US Central Command and the US Army. Our partners have been involved in Futures efforts that led to the integration of critical thinking into analytic professional development and information technology evaluations of analytic tools to assist analysts in their daily work.
OPERATIONS RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
Studies and analysis support include a wide range of strategic operational analysis to targeted studies that support the development of specific programs, capabilities or technologies. Our interagency experience has in the past focused future threat assessments on coordinated areas of capability requirements that have driven planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) decisions.
MISSION ANALYSIS SUPPORT
We have led several targeted mission analysis studies of organizations, roles/responsibilities and specific operations. We have experience applying a variety of templates to include a doctrinal military DOTMLPF approach to look at comprehensive aspects of the mission across all aspects of an organization. Past successes include a military training center in England that led to streamlined support, expanded instructor staff and the inclusion of multi-national classes in the curriculum to support both international engagement objectives and longer-term mission sharing goals.
From schoolhouse planning and support, to course development, or on the podium, instructor support – our training experience covers a wide breadth of areas. Our partners have led training support programs to military organizations, instructional system design processes applying the ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation) model, and have instructor experience at both U.S. and NATO schoolhouses.
